WORKSPACE SUPERVISOR

As the Workspace Supervisor, your primary goal is to oversee and support the smooth operation of Soft Services activities within the office environment.

?From managing working floors to communal areas, you'll ensure that all areas meet the desired standards and are fully operational at all times.

Job Description

You'll serve as a crucial link between our client and ISS, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all Soft Service activities within the estate. Your role will involve monitoring and coordinating activities to guarantee service excellence across the board.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role, as you'll interact with individuals from both the client and ISS at various levels. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be key to delivering the highest level of service consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a professional image at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for businessEnsure the cleaning team respond to cleaning requests as required working closely with the Cleaning Manager to maintain the correct standardDeliver training, motivation, discipline, safety and welfare of the staff under his/her control and assist other managers with thisSupport and coordinate all soft services within the allocated area to support the ready for business standard with minimum impact to staff.Ensure KPI requirements are metPromote and manage excellent relationships with clients, building occupants and other contractorsMeet objectives set by management team and department(s)Follow ISS processes and guidelines to ensure end to end procedures are followedProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsAbility to demonstrate a professional customer focused approach to work at all timesStrong organisational and planning skillsProven experience within a strong customer service environmentEffective communicator, both written & oralAbility to make decisions without referral to higher managementSelf-disciplined and able to work on own initiativeFlexible and adaptable approach to workGood MS Office skillsAbility to demonstrate a customer focused and "Can Do" attitude are fundamental requirementsThe Company
