Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk/Receptionist in London. Looking for an experienced worker who is available to join the team on a permanent basis.

Job description:

  • General front of house work
  • Dealing with customer/client calls and liaising with engineers
  • Producing weekly reports and handling invoices
  • Carrying out job authorisations via PC
  • 8am 5pm, Monday to Friday
- £11.50 per hour, paid weekly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Good level of Maths and English
  • Experience using EWorks platform (or similar systems)
  • Friendly, approachable and well presented
  • Available to start immediately
