Main Duties of Admin/Receptionist:

  • Data entry, answering calls
  • Directing visitors around the building
  • Arranging post & deliveries
  • Processing invoices & credits for customers
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Report management and maintain organised records to upkeep stock integrity
