Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm always on site.**Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding charity in London who are seeking a Receptionist Administrator to join their team on a temporary to perm basis.

You will be supporting with front of house and various admin duties.

Main Duties:

As a Receptionist Administrator will be responsible for the below:

  • Welcoming visitors and members, providing site access and managing 2-3 telephone lines
  • Booking meetings, setting up meetings rooms and resolving customer or client queries
  • Photocopying and filling documents, ordering stationary, maintaining front of house at a satisfactory level

Requirements:

As a Receptionist Administrator you must have the below:

  • Must have receptionist experience
  • Proven experience of using Salesforce
  • Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft
