Looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team at a luxury 4* hotel located near Hyde Park.

As a receptionist, you will work an average of 40 hours per week, and receive a highly competitive hourly rate of £11.05-£12.50.


The ideal Receptionist will be a highly professional and experienced receptionist with outstanding telephone manners, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in admin tasks, including the use of the Opera booking system.


Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist role include:

  • Greeting guests and performing check-ins upon arrival
  • Handling bookings and payments both inperson and over the phone
  • Performing adhoc administrative duties as required
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls with exceptional customer service
  • Sorting and distributing mail promptly

The successful receptionist will benefit from:
