Purpose of the role


We currently seek dedicated and passionate Retail Consultants for Full Time positions in our new counter opening within
Aesop London Heathrow Airport T3 in a prime location within the T3 terminal.

The successful applicant will have flexible availability and be expected to work across 5 days, including weekends.


In this role, you will be directly employed by Aesop, and be expected to work across both our T3 and T5 counters at Heathrow.

Applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry
, the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide.

As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (10:00pm) and early starts (5:00am).


What we are looking for

  • Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)


Our
Aesop London Heathrow Airport T3 counter will provide an opportunity to host our customers in a unique fast-paced environment.

Incorporating new subtleties and amenities, providing an opportunity for you to innovate across design, operations, and technology to create the ultimate service experience.
