We have the exciting opportunity to join our strong leadership team in a high quality and well-resourced environment in the role of Assistant Principal - Head of Key Stage 5.

We are based in West London/Ealing. This position is to commence in September 2023.

Skills & Experience needed:

  • The role of Assistant Principal
  • Head of Key Stage 5 requires applicants have a good track record of success at middle or senor leadership in a similar context and hold demonstrable experience of building, inspiring and developing teams whilst holding staff to account in a clear, open and fair way
  • Highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of the Post 16 curriculum including experience of teaching A Level or vocational qualifications at KS5; and a working knowledge of the assessment procedures used at Post 16 and how attainment targets can be set and monitored
  • Appetite to achieve challenging targets for high standards of Post 16 progress and attainment is essential
