Key Responsibilities:
As a GP's Administrators, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Taking Inbound Calls:
- Answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensuring prompt and efficient handling of patient inquiries and concerns.
Booking Appointments:
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Coordinating appointment times that work best for both patients and the healthcare providers.
Providing Information and Updates:
- Offering patients accurate information about our services, procedures, and general healthcare guidance.
- Keeping patients informed about any updates, changes, or relevant information regarding their appointments or healthcare needs.
Logging Detailed Notes:
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of each patient interaction, including notes on their concerns, appointments, and special requests.
- Ensuring that patient information is kept confidential and secure.
Answering Patient Queries:
- Addressing patient queries and concerns, providing clear and helpful information.
- Escalating complex issues or medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist patients in their healthcare journey.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare support role is a plus.
