We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Everyday Customer Care team. As part of this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for many of our customers around the UK. You will assist them with their more intricate needs, especially during crucial moments such as financial hardships, scams, or bereavements.

We will equip you with the necessary tools to find fair, simple, and practical solutions for our customers, whether it's over the phone, via Social Media, or through the Barclays app messaging service. You will also be entrusted with taking charge of customer inquiries to help resolve any complaints.

Hybrid Working
