The Company
Intelligent Security and Fire are a well-established accredited security and fire safety company based in West London.


We believe that great staff build a great company and are looking for top Customer Service staff to join our administration and customer service team.


Main Responsibilities:

Setting up new customers

Completing engineer calls

Preparing quotations and invoices

Scheduling engineer visits

Assisting our Accounts Team with the following tasks

  • Receive and process payments, invoices, employee reimbursements, bills, and other accounting information.
  • Batch and prepare payments, payroll, or other outgoing financial data.
  • Enter data into databases and accounting software, balancing accounts.

Skills Required:

Verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Our Offer
Starting Salary of £10 per hour during training and probation period, followed by a salary review after 3 months.

28 days' holiday including bank holidays + one additional day for every full year of service (to a maximum of 5 additional days)
