Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Types:

From £23,905.50 per year
