Requirements:

The jobholder is responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls to existing clients. It involves caring for our clients and ensuring they have a positive experience. This includes checking the correct details have been captured and all relevant documents validated.

The jobholder must be self-motivated, have a good attention to detail, and want to provide our clients with excellent service, whilst following procedures and regulatory requirements.


Dealing with Team Leader, Claims Team, Underwriting, Clients, Insurers and Local and Public organisations

Duties:

  • Dealing with both inbound & outbound calls
  • Assisting clients with queries on their policy or quotation
  • Validate quotations
  • Log and resolve any client dissatisfaction
  • Handle customer requests for midterm adjustments, this includes providing a quotation and accepting adjustments ensuring internal processes are met.
  • Change of Address
  • Change of Vehicle
  • Add / Delete Additional Drivers
  • Premium Credit (payment queries)
  • Change of details

Experience:

  • Retention being able to retain customers in the business tend to return to, continue to buy or in some other way not defect to another product or business.
  • Delivering Customer Service Care
  • Being confident in your work
  • Dealing with inbound calls and outbound calls
