Ignite Growth is a digital marketing agency that specialises in attracting patients to dental, medical and aesthetic clinics through full-funnel marketing.
Established in 2017, we've worked with over 500+ clinics across the UK and have generated over £25m+ in treatment revenue.
Though, it is essential to help clinics stand out and help them get a good ROI on their campaigns with us.
The majority of our work stems across Facebook, Instagram and Google ads and we are looking at expanding this to include YouTube and TikTok ads in as well as organic social media.
Having completed almost 50 "pilot" video shoots with freelancers, we're now looking for a video production manager to help us establish a video production department.
You will also be working closely with our CEO & founder to help develop the Ignite brand.
Because we specialise in paid ads, we love data but tend to lack a little on the creative side. So - we're really looking for someone to come in and give us that creative edge
Responsibilities:
Creating an efficient end-to-end, social-first, remote video production workflow that's scalable as we grow.nSetting up and managing a team of offshore editors to make sure our requirements, timeframes and standards are met on every edit.nEstablishing a content "catalogue" with rich metadata that we can continue to mine and repurpose for new edits and b-roll for clients and Ignite.nDeveloping a network of freelance videographers to run self-directed shoots across the UK - capturing talking head videos, BTS footage, testimonial videos, b-roll and more.nWorking closely with our account managers to make sure that clients are briefed before their shoots and that we prioritise editing & delivery timelines accordingly.nWorking closely with our campaign management team to establish a feedback loop with key KPIs to monitor content performance.nKeeping an eye on trends and bringing forward fresh, creative ideas to help Ignite level up its video capabilities and content strategy - for its clients and internally.nCollaborating with our social media manager to capture, create and deliver content to support our social media strategy.nJoining on-site shoots from time to time to help refine our strategy, innovate and continue to improve.
You are someone who is:
A self starter that is able to work independently, take initiative and bring forward new ideas and solutions.nHas experience setting up and managing teams of offshore editors and freelance videographers.nHas either established a video production department before or is ready to take that next step, having worked across pre-production, production and post-production.nExperienced in short-form social-first content and ideally has worked alongside paid media (paid search and paid social teams) in an agency and/or commercial environment.nA strong communicator who gets on well with colleagues and is confident in dealing with clients.nCreative and understands the latest trends & ideas in digital content - and is able to help transpose them onto our business & industry with our input.nHighly-organised and structured in how they work, prioritise and manage their time.nStays on top of trends and constantly brings forward new content ideas, styles or concepts - from inception to storyboarding and execution & delivery.nFamiliar with the nuances of content capture/creation for different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube etc.nKeen to grow, experiment and develop their skill-set as and when the role and department evolves.
As the first full-time media hire at Ignite, your remit will cover the full end-to-end process of video capture, creation and editing within Ignite.
