Location: Manchester, OL7 0QN

Contract Type: 40 hour per week permanent contract, Monday to Friday with a Saturday every 1 in 3 on a rota basis. Day off within the week when working on Saturday.

Salary: On Target Earnings £33,000

(£27,000 per year + bonus)

What does the job involve?

  • Leading a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensuring all customers receive regular, proactive and accurate updates
  • Providing training and coaching, identifying any learning and / or development opportunities
  • Completing regular 1-2-1's and delivering effective feedback
  • Providing support for the Service Centre in the absence of Service Manager
  • Supporting the Service Advisors and the Service Manager with reducing costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer contact
  • The point of escalation for customer concerns
  • Managing loan vehicles

What skills and experience do you need to join our team?

  • A full valid UK driving licence is essential
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team within a retail environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management and attention to detail
