About You

  • Active interest in and obtaining a thorough understanding of client requirements
  • Gain job satisfaction from providing the highest level of client service
  • Confident, clear, and articulate communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Pleasant telephone manner speaks clearly and fluently
  • Ability to work in a planned and organised way with the ability to multitask
  • Experience supporting more than one Fee Earner
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Experience using a case management system is preferred but not essential

About the Role
You will be required to have experience in the following areas:

  • Dealing with initial enquiries
  • File opening and closing
  • An understanding of the requirements of commercial leases for both landlord and tenant
  • A thorough understanding of the commercial property sale and purchase process
