We are looking for an enthusiastic New Business Manager to join our team. We're looking for a candidate who is energetic, passionate, and engaged in culture.

Working proactively, they must be well-organised, have a strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work to help the department to become a force behind helping to shape TBWA's future.


THE ROLEnwill be an integral support to the Director of Brand and New Business in managing on-going New Business, Marketing and PR will include assisting the management of our New Business Intern, New Business Researcher and New Business Designer.

The role will also have a close relationship with our external PR agency in addition to working across many departments internally within TBWA.


RESPONSIBILITIES


NEW BUSINESS AND PROSPECTINGn(and in some cases leading) the creation of RFI's, chemistry meetings and pitch prospecting strategynmanagement of RFI's, chemistry meetings and client pitch meetings.nintermediary liaison (helping diarise key meetings and processing client document such as procurement maintenance of CRM database - consultants, prospects, industry friends.nConsultant and client newsletter business toolkit with latest information and case studies.nmanagement of pitch theatre and logistics.


MARKETING & PRnwith the brand guardianship of the TBWA internal teams and ownership of project management of key assets to creatively promote latest work and implementation of social strategy, creative campaigns, calendar, day-to-day social media management including writing posts, content creation, posting and community management - with design & intern the creation and implementation of wider TBWA marketing campaigns and maintaining the TBWA website.
