Arkis has built a walled garden of on-chain and off-chain applications that enable under-collateralized lending and portfolio margin, which results in the most capital-efficient and flexible leverage in Web3.
Arkis is currently at an exciting stage of growth and development.Since March of this year, we have launched v1.0 of the Arkis platform and began working with regulated hedge funds and lenders in the DeFi space, facilitating millions in capital through our platform thus far.
We now aim to expand our ecosystem through product integrations and diligent scaling of our client acquisition pipeline.Our mission
is to accelerate the maturity of DeFi to create a more capital-efficient and composable ecosystem for new market participants. We aim to be the portal to digital assets for countless institutions.
Role SummarynAs our first Business Development hire at Arkis, you will be instrumental in shaping our growth processes.
You will be pivotal in driving strategic institutional client acquisition and fostering synergistic partnerships in the digital asset space.nYou will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing high-leverage opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring success for both our platform and our partners.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Arkis' institutional client base.nIdentify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.nCultivate and leverage relationships with key industry leaders.nCommunicate and work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as the executive team, product, and marketing.nAlign and measure sales deliverables with clear business strategy & objectives.nManage and execute on innovative methods to engage with new clients including hosting events and attending conferences.
Qualificationsn5+ years of relevant sales experience.nBackground working in crypto, fintech, trading and investment funds, or similar.nProven track record generating accounts-based leads and managing existing client relationships.nProficiency articulating and managing value propositions, especially in navigating nuanced financial transactions.nThorough understanding of web3 ecosystem and market participants.nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
