Our client is a local authority in South West London are looking to recruit a Direct Payments Team Administrator. Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership to aid in the recruitment process.

Role Brief:

The main purpose of the role is to facilitate and support the administration team whilst processing and maintaining accuracy amongst all documentation in relation to casefiles/ records in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of user information for the team, including inputting of this sensitive information onto Mosaic.

To facilitate the allocation process of customer cases to practitioners, including the construction and maintenance of casefiles. To complete manual and computer records on the closure of cases.

Develop and implement systems to aid successful delivery of team admin requirements.

What we're looking for:

Good working knowledge of using IT packages including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook and Mosaic.

Experience of providing administrative support to a range of staff and professionals.

Able to be flexible & conscientious and respond to changing job priorities.
