Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic RYA Senior Instructor to join our team at Wimbledon Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and development across a range of outdoor activities.
  • Ensure the safe delivery of outdoor education and development products.
  • Assist in the management of the training fleet.
Requirements
  • RYA Senior Instructor qualification with valid FA certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a RTC as an active Senior Instructor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching adults and children, including those with additional needs.
Desirable Qualifications
  • RYA Powerboat Instructor.
  • British Canoeing Instructor/BCAB Paddlesports Instructor.
  • Windsurf/Dinghy Instructor (opposite to SI qualification).
  • Racing/Advanced Instructor endorsements.
  • Good technical knowledge of the RYA and Adventure marked activities.
Working Arrangements

This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months, working a minimum of 35 contracted hours per week, including some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
