Are you ready to be the driving force behind our tech initiatives? If yes, we are looking for a Head of Change to support Wagamama and TRG divisions. Your main role will involve strategizing our project portfolio, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Your ultimate goal will be to steer our executive management in defining the direction of change, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective change management strategies aligned with our organizational objectives.
  • Influence the demand for change, oversee the prioritization process, and ensure efficient project sequencing to maximize benefits from our resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in yearly portfolio planning, delivering well-thought-out and risk-based plans with strong business justifications.
  • Ensure that change initiatives are in sync with our business strategy and conduct regular strategic initiative meetings with senior leadership.
  • Take charge of monitoring change delivery performance, evaluating results, and providing regular status updates.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to the Change team, emphasizing the importance of succession planning.
  • Quantify, monitor, and report on project benefit realization, holding sponsors responsible for the outcomes.
  • Act as an accessible internal advisor, assisting colleagues in initiating change effectively.
  • Support the growth and enhancement of the Business Analysis function within the organization.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in implementing change in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
  • In-depth understanding of strategic planning, change management, and business requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Extensive background in project delivery, especially in large organizations with a significant technological aspect.
  • Strategic and commercially minded individual with experience in identifying and tackling key strategic challenges.
