Join our team as a Senior Technical Engineer

As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our legal clients receive outstanding IT support. You will be responsible for addressing 2nd and 3rd level technical issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and working closely with our legal clients to uphold their IT infrastructure. Moreover, this position presents a clear pathway for advancement into team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:
    • Deliver expert technical assistance to legal clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
    • Swiftly troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage and enhance IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
    • Monitor performance, security, and backups.
    • Participate in IT projects like migrations and upgrades.
  • Team Leadership (Advancement Opportunity):
    • Collaborate with junior engineers and assist them in resolving intricate technical issues.
    • Contribute to team development and knowledge exchange.
    • Prepare for future leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in an MSP environment, supporting legal clients.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, Active Directory, and networking.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and Office 365 is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
