We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Educational Visit Coordinator to join our team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our children during these outings.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of children during educational visits. Maintain a vigilant eye on all participants and promptly address any safety concerns.
Engagement and Support:
Provide engaging, supportive, and age-appropriate supervision to children during visits. Facilitate participation in activities and encourage positive interactions among children.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between parents, children, and educational visit venues. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary. Ensure that all children are aware of emergency procedures.
Feedback and Reporting:
Gather feedback from children, parents, and venues to improve future visits. Prepare and submit reports on the outcomes of educational visits.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or recreational an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check (with barred lists)Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in potentially stressful situations.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).A passion for education and a commitment to providing positive experiences for children.
Working Conditions:
Must be available to work on weekends and during school holidays.
Ability to travel to various locations as required for educational visits.
Physical ability to participate in activities and supervise children in a variety of settings.
