Health Visiting SPA Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Single Point of Access (SPA) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Health Visiting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointment bookings, incoming calls, and a shared inbox to provide a seamless service for children aged 0-5 in Lambeth and Southwark.
- Liaise with Health Visiting teams and wider Trust services to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the Health Visiting SPA, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Health Visiting teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
