Activity Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activity Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering a variety of excursions in London. You will work closely with our Activity Manager to design and implement engaging activities that promote student development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver excursions to popular monuments and attractions in London.
  2. Provide a supportive and encouraging environment for students to develop and grow.
  3. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students during excursions and activities.
  4. Collaborate with the Activity Manager to develop new ideas and implement them into the activity program.
  5. Supervise students during meal times and free time, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
  6. Maintain suitable levels of student discipline, safety, and welfare.

Requirements:

  1. 18 years old and over.
  2. Eligible to work in the UK.
  3. Native or near-native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  4. Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities.
  5. Passionate about working with children and teenagers in a formal or informal setting.
  6. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to planning.
