Job Title:Activity Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activity Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering a variety of excursions in London. You will work closely with our Activity Manager to design and implement engaging activities that promote student development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver excursions to popular monuments and attractions in London.
- Provide a supportive and encouraging environment for students to develop and grow.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students during excursions and activities.
- Collaborate with the Activity Manager to develop new ideas and implement them into the activity program.
- Supervise students during meal times and free time, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
- Maintain suitable levels of student discipline, safety, and welfare.
Requirements:
- 18 years old and over.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Native or near-native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities.
- Passionate about working with children and teenagers in a formal or informal setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to planning.
