Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and driven Managing Director to lead the operational activities of a brand new aesthetic clinic looking to expand in the UK and overseas.
This role is based in the prestigious Knightsbridge area of London and offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum.
Operational ExcellencenDirect all operational activities of the company's UK operations, aligning with the overall business strategynEnsure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC)nDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive growth and clinic efficiencynContinuously optimise service delivery and promote a performance-driven culture
Strategic LeadershipnCollaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic visionnIdentify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvementsnAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgenRepresent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications and ExperiencenProven track record in a senior leadership role within the aesthetic or healthcare industrynExtensive experience in managing and scaling operations across multiple locationsnStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practicesnExcellent people management and team-building skillsnExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesnAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementnBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management)
