Salary:
£40,000 per annum

What you'll be doing:

  • Gathers data, analyse and prepare reports or presentations to feed information back to teams/managers including D&A Performance against KPI
  • Support teams within the D&A organisation to prepare estimates, proposals and schedules
  • Maintain budget tracking in support of Head of Department and senior managers across the organisation and advise of trends and deviations from plan
  • Supports problem resolution, resolves issues and acts on feedback and usage of inlife Projects. Creates Project collateral and monitors results and feedback from Project campaigns.
  • Undertakes responsibility for the provision of support services to projects. Uses and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects. Sets up and provides detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques.
  • Provides basic guidance on individual project proposals. May be involved in aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, and finance or configuration management.
  • Provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience of working in a PMO environment
  • Numerate
  • Great communication
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.

Desirable:

  • Prince2, APMP or ITIL 4 Certification
