As an Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to establish a comprehensive Data & Analytics framework for our organization. In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders, including business units, to articulate the advantages of data science and convey intricate concepts to senior management.

Key Responsibilities: Analytics Specialist

  • Effectively communicate the principles and advantages of Data Science, AI/ML, MLOps, and software modernization to the business.
  • Establish processes, governance, and standards for the creation of Data Science and AI/ML products and solutions.
  • Work in partnership with the Data Science team to facilitate the delivery of products, including defining architectural patterns, high-level solution designs, and ensuring quality oversight.
  • Collaborate with Group IM&T to research and implement application toolchains for developing Data Science and AI/ML products, their supporting environments, and foundational infrastructure.
  • Maintain comprehensive architectural and service documentation for the Data Science domain.
  • Develop high-level architectural solution designs for prioritized business needs based on identified requirements.
  • Ensure all architectural solutions align with Group IM&T and SS D&A architectural principles, frameworks, models, and mandated standards.
  • Guarantee interoperability of all architectural solutions with existing solutions within the domain and related areas.

Required Skills and Experience: Analytics Specialist

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Engineering, IT, Computing, or Science (STEM).
  • Proven experience in the data domain.
  • Expertise in data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Science.

Desirable:

  • TOGAF certification.
