Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data PMO Analyst to join our Data Analytics Project Management team. As a Data PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the D&A Forward Load Resource and Tasking Data, analyzing data to advise on resource utilization, and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the D&A Forward Load Resource and Tasking Data, analyzing data to advise on resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including D&A Performance against KPIs.
- Support teams within the D&A organisation to prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules.
- Maintain budget tracking in support of senior managers across the organisation and advise on trends and deviations from plan.
- Support problem resolution, resolve issues, and act on feedback and usage of in-life Projects.
- Undertake responsibility for the provision of support services to projects, including setting up and providing guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience of working in a PMO environment.
- Numerate.
- Great communication.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage your workload.
Desirable:
- Prince2, APMP or ITIL 4 Certification.
