About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain complex data models and analysis to support business decision-making
  2. Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analysis and reporting capabilities remain best-in-class
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2:1 degree in a numerical or analytical field
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
