Administrative/internal sales person
Administrative Officer Duties and Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases
- Scheduling customer appointments for Engineering and lifting inspections, good phone manner required.
- Preparing reports/quotations and certificates
- Supporting branch manager, colleagues and directors
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed
- Able to cover trade counter enquiries and processes
Nice to have
- Prior office experience, handling administrative responsibilities in a related field including knowledge of Sage accounting.
- Experience of lifting and testing, good understanding of LOLER (Not essential)
