Main duties:

  • Supporting and contributing to the recruitment and induction process.
  • Advising on all performance management interventions and supporting probation activities.
  • Undertake investigations into allegations of any misconduct and/or grievances.
  • Formulate invite and outcome letters for warnings issued.
  • Ensure best practice and consistency is applied throughout the organisation.
  • Leading on short
- and long-term absence cases.

  • Leading on Maternity and Paternity cases.

Job requirements:

A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills.

Accuracy in administration skills.

Be able to build effective working relationships with all levels of the team.
