Job Overview

We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team at Mount Vernon Chemotherapy Unit. With 20 treatment chairs, we operate Monday to Friday, treating adult patients with various therapies. Main Duties of the Job

We are offering apprenticeship opportunities for individuals aged 18 and above who are interested in training as Clinical Support Workers. As part of the apprenticeship, you will attend workshops and complete assignments throughout the year.

Some of the responsibilities of a Clinical Support Worker include:

  • Interacting with patients
  • Assisting Registered Nurse/Midwife
  • Recording patients' vital signs
  • Maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas
  • Engaging with patients
