Key responsibilities of the role...
Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.nPrioritising and categorising faults promptly, escalating to other teams in the business where necessary.nDelivering software or infrastructure updates.nFollowing appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.nMaintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed and build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.

Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM or Computer Science related subject.nGraduated with a 2.1 or highernTechnically able.nStrong problem solving skills.nGood experience of delivering customer service.nGreat spoken and written communication skills.
