Our client specializes in Geotechnical, Construction, Structural, and Renewables projects as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor. They offer diverse services such as industrial rope access, slope stabilization, soil nailing, and structural inspections.
In this role, you will focus on the Structural division initially, with potential to work across all areas of the business in the future. The Structural projects range from maintenance and repair tasks to exciting ventures like working on stadiums such as the O2 and football grounds like Tottenham, Crystal Palace, and Fulham.
Your main responsibilities will include leading sales and marketing efforts to generate leads and new business opportunities for the Sales & Estimating team. This role will involve various tasks like managing social media, meeting clients on-site, and reaching out to potential customers in different industries to showcase the company's capabilities.
The role:
- Participate in an initial training period, including obtaining the IRATA rope access qualification
- Lead sales and marketing activities for the Structural / Construction department
- Manage social media content, including posting case studies on Linkedin
- Enhance the company's profile by showcasing current and past projects
- Conduct site visits to meet with clients
- Develop outreach campaigns for potential clients in various sectors like LA's, Power Generation, and High Rise Buildings
- Contact potential clients to create leads for the Estimating team
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in marketing
- Comes from a Construction or related background
- Holds a Full Driving License
- Is comfortable with working at heights
