Description of Position

Main duties will include:

  • Assisting Reception/Admin with daytoday tasks
  • Assisting Practice Manager with daytoday tasks

Day to day tasks include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting clients into the office/making refreshments
  • Scanning client records to enable the team to prepare accounts and VAT returns
  • Covering postal duties when Reception/Admin on annual leave (I.e., incoming/outgoing post needs recorded, scanned, and saved to document management software/passed to relevant persons along with being franked and delivered to the postal box)
  • Updating internal calendars and ensuring up to date
  • Organising events for the team
  • Maintaining and updating marketing and social media
  • Updating the company website
  • Attending careers and marketing events
  • Helping update and create company policies and procedures

Working Week
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm.

TIL available.

WFH opportunity once worked at practice for 6 months, although duties and responsibilities may mean this isn't always available.

Future Prospects


We want to provide opportunity to all our team and want our team to be happy and enjoy their work.

Therefore for the right person, we can provide progression opportunities once proven competent.

Natural progression would see the right person progress to becoming a senior within the admin department, with further progression to management level if the position were to be available.


Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator - 18-month duration
