Job SummarySP Training is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Training Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the training department, ensuring the smooth delivery of commercial and funded training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the training department, including course planning, joining instructions, sales bookings, and booking amendments.
- Support learners and apprentices undertaking logistics training courses using cloud-based software systems.
- Take booking enquiries, advising candidates on training options and providing guidance on course selection.
- Report directly to the Office Manager, working closely with the administration team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Assist in the production of information related to learners, learner numbers, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure all contractual documentation is completed correctly and forwarded to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of the organization, liaising with internal departments and external bodies as required.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, with attention to detail.
- Organized approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cloud-based software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Competitive salary range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum.
