Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Carlisle. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer orders and associated paperwork.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
- Manage stock and maintain accurate records for new, used, and fleet sales.
- Provide data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management.
- Liaise between in-house departments to ensure completion of invoicing and accurate records.
- Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, but no specific industry experience is required.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
- Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes.
- High standards of verbal and written communication.
- Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent).
- Good IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and social media skills.
