Job Description

**Job Title:** Training Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at SP Training. As a Training Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of commercial and funded training programs in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the training department, including course planning, joining instructions, sales bookings, and booking amendments.
  • Support learners and apprentices undertaking logistics training courses using cloud-based software systems.
  • Take booking enquiries and provide advice on training options to candidates.
  • Report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the administration team.
  • Contribute to the operational activities of the company, including Equality and Diversity, and Health and Safety policies.

Requirements:

  • General administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be given.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy and dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,500 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a busy and dynamic team environment.
  • Be responsible for a variety of duties that support the training department and learners.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Contract Performance:

  • Be aware of Health and Safety Policies, including Risk Assessments, Information, instruction and supervision, Competency for tasks and training, Fire alarm test/evacuation procedures.
  • Ensure that all training is delivered in accordance with awarding body and contract requirements for quality and contractual specifications.

  • Comply with health and safety legislation and abide by the company's Health and Safety Policy.
