Marina Projects is a specialist Marina Consultancy business providing independent expertise and advice to the marina sector both in the UK and Internationally.


The growth of the business has led to some exciting changes to include relocation to Universal Marina overlooking the River Hamble, as well as the increase in resource and expertise within our energised and friendly team.

An opportunity exists to join our business and support the development of our administration function.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and formatting of reports, letters and documentation to consistently high standards of presentation.
  • Recording of all consultancy business expenses.
  • General reception duties to include answering the phone, dealing with post and visitors.
  • Assist with consultancy team UK and International travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the

ISO:
9001:2015 Quality Management System to include internal audits.

  • Manage the office expenses budget and associated contracts.
  • Responsible for outgoing post, parcels and special deliveries to include UK and international documents.
  • Manage and control the consultancy project filing system to include regular archiving and document and system reviews.
  • Be responsible for providing refreshments for specific office meetings.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office suite for various tasks
  • Excellent phone etiquette when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry accurately
  • Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records


This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic team in a friendly open plan office environment overlooking the River Hamble.
