- Support the well-being of our Angels on a daily basis, ensuring they receive assistance throughout their day.
- Identify daily challenges faced by our Angels and suggest solutions to eliminate obstacles hindering them from delivering optimal care.
- Assist in ensuring safe and effective care for all Clients under Visiting Angels' responsibility.
- Operate in compliance with agreed standards set by the Registered Manager, legislative mandates, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance to Visiting Angels Senior Caregivers and Caregivers.
- Cultivate and uphold a culture of performance and excellence.
- Promote and implement Visiting Angels' policies and procedures.
- Maintain current care and management skills, engaging in necessary training and development as needed.
- Oversee Supervision and Annual Reviews for all Senior Caregivers and Caregivers at specified intervals.

- Salary range of up to £26,000 (based on experience and expertise).
- Business mileage reimbursement at 30p per mile.

Our Requirements:
- Legal right to live and work in the UK.
- Health & Social Care Level 3 qualification (preferred).
- Prior experience in Domiciliary care.
- Supervisory experience in a relevant capacity.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Access to a vehicle for client visits.
