**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Support the Well-being of Our Caregivers:** Ensure that our caregivers receive the support and assistance they need to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
- **Identify and Address Challenges:** Identify daily challenges faced by our caregivers and suggest solutions to eliminate obstacles hindering them from delivering optimal care.
- **Ensure Safe and Effective Care:** Assist in ensuring safe and effective care for all clients under our responsibility.
- **Operate in Compliance:** Operate in compliance with agreed standards set by the Registered Manager, legislative mandates, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
- **Provide Guidance and Support:** Provide guidance and support to our caregivers, including training and development opportunities.
- **Cultivate a Culture of Excellence:** Cultivate and uphold a culture of performance and excellence within our team.
- **Promote and Implement Policies:** Promote and implement our policies and procedures, ensuring that they are followed by all team members.
- **Maintain Current Skills:** Maintain current care and management skills, engaging in necessary training and development as needed.
- **Oversee Supervision and Annual Reviews:** Oversee supervision and annual reviews for all caregivers at specified intervals.
**Benefits:**
- **Competitive Salary:** Salary range of up to £26,000 (based on experience and expertise).

**Requirements:**
