Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our client's children's residential home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 6 to 17 who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee shifts with Residential Support Workers
  • Manage risks in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay informed on current legislation, such as the Children's Homes Regulations 2015
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care
  • OR Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma
  • OR Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Residential Pathway)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in children's or young adults' residential care within the last 5 years
  • A full manual driving licence
  • A passion for supporting children and young people and a commitment to their development
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
