Lead a Team of Care Professionals

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional personal care to clients? Do you want to work for a company that sets high standards for care and supports the well-being of its team members? We are seeking a Care Team Leader to join our team at Visiting Angels South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily well-being of our care professionals, ensuring they have the resources they need to provide excellent care.
  • Identify challenges faced by our care professionals and propose solutions to remove barriers to delivering high-quality care.
  • Ensure safe and effective care is provided to all clients, in line with agreed standards, legislative requirements, and best practice.
  • Provide leadership to our senior caregivers and caregivers, promoting a culture of performance and excellence.
  • Implement policies and procedures, maintaining care and management skills at a high level.
  • Ensure supervision and annual reviews take place for all senior caregivers and caregivers.

Requirements
  • Right to reside and work in the UK
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in Domiciliary care
  • Relevant supervisory experience
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Vehicle to get to clients' premises
