About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Visiting Angels South Yorkshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of care professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional care to our clients.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Client Support: Visit clients on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are receiving the best possible care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by our team and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our care professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our team is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Relevant experience in domiciliary care and supervisory experience
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Other: Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Benefits
  • Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience and expertise)
