The Role


In the role of the Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you will demonstrate a passion for our brand when talking to our guests.

Using your product knowledge and exceptional sales skills you will convert guests to book with us via inbound calls.

Through drive andenthusiasm, you will recognise opportunities on every call to maximise the guests cruise experience through the selling of cruise holiday products, ancillaries, and upselling.

We'll look to you to proactively generate new leads as well as retaining existingguests.

Delivering guest satisfaction and a memorable experience is what we're in the business for, and you'll be at the heart of that.


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need:

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the desire to go the extra mile for our guests
  • Experience within a contact centre/high volume/customer service/ travel industry role
  • Experience of working towards KPI's, achieving conversion targets and guest satisfaction measures
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Ability to use sales techniques to convert sales enquiries to bookings
  • Utilise sales techniques to cross sell and increase average booking value
  • Work with guests to offer solutions to retain bookings by offering benefits and alternatives
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns including evenings and weekends
