Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time position.

Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Type, format, and proofread documents as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Assist with organising training sessions, events etc.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide general clerical support to staff members as needed

Skills:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to computerise information effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft suite (Word; Excel)
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus
