**Office Administrator / Coordinator - Portadown**

Delighted to be working with a fascinating business as they expand their operation in Portadown.

Working within a fast-paced and exciting environment you will be playing an important role across the office operations which will include;
- Central point of contact for all office-related matters, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders as necessary
- Assist with recruitment processes, including monitoring job vacancies, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation

**What we are looking for.**

Experienced within a similar role which should include;
- Confident communication skills
- Strong IT skills across MS Office suite
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is advantageous, but not essential

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
