Payment Processing Administrator positions available for motivated individuals to join our team in
Bournemouth. Joining us on a full-time basis, you will receive a competitive salary of
£22,133 per annum plusexcellent benefits.
About the role
What you'll be doing:
- You will ensure timely and accurate allocation of customer payments over several billing systems and suspense accounts
- You'll be managing your own case load to ensure contact is made in a timely manner and in line with agreed service level agreements
- You will also provide administrative support in relation to billing of accounts, credit control and payment processing
- You will escalate collection issues to prioritise problems/ complaints to help enable prompt payments
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of five GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent
- Evidence of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with listening and questioning skills
- Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to change in a flexible, fast paced working environment
- Evidence you are selfmotivated and able to work with minimum supervision with a positive can do attitude
