We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated, confident and engaging Investment Project Support Officer to provide high quality project support within the Investment Team.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The post holder will work collaboratively with the Housing & Investment Business Unit, other council services, our contractors, tenants, leaseholders and adjoining owner/occupiers to gain access and enable major works to our customers' homes in advance of and during programmes.


ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A proven track record of negotiating and resolving issues working with tenant and customer groups.
  • Experience of engaging customers in meaningful consultation and communication, involving them in determining outcomes at an appropriate level.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations and a commitment to a high standard of customer care with the ability to deal sensitively with a wide range of customers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
  • Experience in liaising directly with Project sponsors, contractors, consultants and external organisations and coordinating projects
