Main Duties of the JobYou will be a skilled communicator who prioritizes your time efficiently and has the intuition to anticipate the needs of your service. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating project meetings with key stakeholders and maintaining records
- Optimizing IT applications using Microsoft Office
- Supporting the senior leadership team in delivering projects
- Collating, analyzing, and presenting data for senior managers

Person SpecificationWe are looking for someone with a good level of general education, advanced IT skills, and experience in administration. You will also need to be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish good working relationships at all levels.
Desirable criteria include experience of working in the NHS, previous experience of supporting at Director Level, and shorthand or audio typing skills.
